James McAdams received his B.A from the University of Pittsburgh and his M.A. from Villanova University, where he wrote his Thesis on the works of David Foster Wallace. Prior to entering college, James worked for many years as a social worker and in the web design industry. His research interests consist primarily of creative writing and contemporary American fiction, as well as digital humanities, disability studies, and film adaptation theory. .
